We’re so excited to welcome Marjan Majid to the Innospark Ventures team as our newest Analyst. In this role, Marjan will work across the fund to support investment, community building, and portfolio activities.
Marjan joins Innospark after most recently completing a global fellowship at Included VC with a focus in health and AI. Her prior experience includes roles at Techstars and the Houston Angel Network where she focused on healthcare and life science investments, but worked with startups across a variety of sectors.
Marjan was first introduced into the startup community as Executive Director of Enventure, a student-led nonprofit that provided experiential opportunities in entrepreneurship and consulting to graduate trainees. Through Enventure and their partnership with Nucleate, she led an early-stage accelerator and an annual investment competition to foster the Houston innovation ecosystem.
She has a passion for innovation and holds her Master’s in Bioengineering from Rice University and her Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
We are excited to have Marjan join our team and look forward to her contributions to Innospark, our portfolio, and our broader eyosystem.
